inspiration


 I was inspired by the picture of a tender grass. New life which meant energetic and live. I was really inspired by Hans Christian Andersen which write the Emperor's New Dress. The last question ask by the small kid impressed me and it made me to connect new life and truth together. Therefore, I find a connection with those two which is new life, young, or a new birth never tell lies. They only tell the truth. Besides, another I am inspired was the grass in the stone because stone is really a tough environment to grow and survive but mosses did it. They survive and grow well. From this point, I saw the strong vitality of them and it also represent the moral or ideal of never give up, there is a way when there is a problem and just overcome and adapt like mosses.

For homework, think about the DAT creativity test we did in class today compared with the Torrance test of creativity (similar to The Little Prince activity). We will begin tomorrow's class with a reflective writing and discussion.  DAT creativity test was less useful than the Torrance test of creativity because for the Torrance test you draw something abstract and draw something specific. During the walk, I found out that I was most inspired by the tender shoot or new lives. Because in the  moon board as you can see, there are many pictures of a new life. They grow up on the wall, or between the rocks. They showed a strong vitality to me, and I was impressed by them. However, I also get stuck on what I am going to create, and my artists helped me to make a connection with my inspiration. Eyes always see and told the truth, and this make me to imagine the fairy tale The Emperor's New Cloth. This inspired me to make a strong connection between eyes, new life, and the child and the similarities they have is that they all tell the truth. Actually, I didn't decide to make a bag at first but decided to make a dress, but I found that I didn't get enough time.
